How does Aradia work? There are three options...

You use third-party software like Cerberus™ from NOV-CTES to perform your fatigue modeling, and
then upload the results to the Aradia website using a special utility.
(the original service; most Aradia customers currently use this method)

You do everything online using Aradia models.

You outsource your pipe management entirely to Aradia.
Option 1
For licensed users of Cerberus™ software from NOV-CTES (recommended)
- your personnel continue to use Cerberus to model fatigue as usual.
- you download and install a small utility program (ADU) from Aradia.
- after each string update they run the ADU, which retrieves data from Cerberus.
- the compressed and encrypted data is transmitted to Aradia.
- the data is received and automatically processed by the Aradia web server.
- incoming data is analyzed for errors, and a report is generated for your review.
- you log in and review the new data for each string, then accept or reject it.
- the data is made available for viewing online. The upload process takes less than a minute.
- pricing starts at $1,490/month and is based on number of active CT units.
Option 2
You do everything online using Aradia software only.
- you enter the string design and subsequent maintenance history online.
- you create an entry for each job, usually before it is performed.
- you or the service supervisor uploads or manually enters the data log after the job.
- you run the fatigue calculation online using the Aradia fatigue model.
- you review the results and post the updated string on the website.

Option 3

*Paul Brown, owner of Aradia Consulting, was the creator and primary architect of the CerberusTM modeling suite and OrionTM data acquisition software during his ten years as Senior Vice President of CTES, L.P.
Prior to CTES he was a coiled tubing specialist for Schlumberger, involved in the development of their CoilLIFE® fatigue software. He has also led several industry projects concerned with CT fatigue life, and published numerous technical papers. He holds a Masters degree in engineering from Cambridge University, England.
Paul became a consultant in 2005, although he still works closely with CTES on Cerberus enhancements and support issues.
