Configure the inputs that you will use on this website
Locations and Units are required for all website users. The other items can be used to edit string and job data
on the website (instead of Cerberus), and are required for the Schedule & Dispatch feature.

Locations

Add locations two at a time. More blank lines will appear as you progress. To remove a location, leave the Location field blank.
Region is optional, useful if you wish to group locations into broad geographical areas like 'Texas' or 'Europe'.
Latitude and longitude are used by the Google job mapping feature, and are optional.
Use decimal format e.g. 32.4577409. Click here to look up coordinates by location.

This list is independent of the users entered on the Admin page (not all personnel are website users, and vice versa).
To remove an employee, make the Full Name box blank and then save.
Contact information is used by the Dispatch feature to send job alerts. If your cell provider is not shown, contact tech support.

Clients

The Account Manager setting is used to route client enquiries to the correct person.
Designate people as account managers using the Personnel section above.

Fluid and solid information is optional. It can be used to track the total volume of fluid pumped for each job. It can also be helpful to track, say, the amount of acid pumped through a string over its life.

Add a user fluid only if the fluid you want is not in the list of pre-defined fluids. User fluids are assumed to be liquids. For foam or multiphase fluids like nitrified water it is assumed you will specify the volumes of water and nitrogen separately, rather than create a new fluid type called Foam.

User and pre-defined fluids are combined and presented in alphabetical order when selecting a fluid.
